I'm a professional coach, award winning learning development executive, consultant, adventure seeking world traveler, recovering perfectionist, dog mom, and hospitality industry alum.
Whether it's training leaders in a Fortune 500 company, speaking at conferences attended by hundreds, or coaching one-on-one, my approach is warm, inviting, and inquisitive.
Above all, I'm a woman on a mission to create illuminating environments where people shine authentically, influence boldly, and turn transition points into radical transformation.
